PLANT AND HEAL COPlant and Heal Co. is a Black woman–owned agricultural education and food access company rooted in regenerative growing, cultural foodways, and practical self-sufficiency. We operate at the intersection of farming, education, and community wellness—providing seeds, plants, garden supplies, and hands-on learning designed to help individuals and families grow food where they are.
Our work centers small growers, beginners, and historically underserved communities, with a focus on container gardening, backyard production, and regionally appropriate crops. Through our retail operations, educational programs, and community initiatives, we support food security, agricultural literacy, and economic empowerment—especially for Black families and first-time growers. Plant and Heal Co. combines modern agricultural practices with ancestral knowledge, emphasizing sustainability, soil health, and long-term resilience. Whether online or in person, our mission is simple: make growing food accessible, practical, and rooted in dignity. |
